Consumer: a natural person acting outside the scope of his/her profession, independent occupation or business activity
Consumer contract: a contract where one of the parties qualifies as a consumer

Warranty in consumer contracts: mandatory warranty defined by the Hungarian Civil Code and specific legislation regarding consumer contracts.

Act CVIII of 2001 on Electronic Commerce Services and Information Society Services
Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (PTK)
Government Decree 151/2003 (IX.22.) on mandatory warranty for certain durable consumer goods
Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26) on detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses
NGM Decree 19/2014 (IV.29.) on the procedural rules for handling warranty and guarantee claims in consumer contracts
3. Scope of the GTC and modification of the GTC
In addition to mandatory legal provisions, these GTC apply to the contract concluded between you and the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to modify these GTC within the limits of applicable law. Please read the provisions of the GTC before each purchase. Any modification becomes effective upon publication on the website and does not affect contracts already concluded.
3.1 Acceptance of the GTC
Before finalizing your order, you are required to familiarize yourself with these GTC. By purchasing through the www.f-airgo.eu website you accept these GTC and they become an integral part of the contract between you and the Seller.
3.2 Language of the contract
The language of contracts governed by these GTC is Hungarian.
3.3 Information about the form of the contract
Contracts governed by these GTC are not considered written contracts. The Seller does not archive them and does not store related data after fulfillment. It is recommended that you retain your purchase confirmation for possible future claims.
3.4 Prices
Prices are indicated in Hungarian Forints and include 0% VAT. Prices are indicative and we reserve the right to change them.
4. Additional consumer information
You qualify as a consumer if you purchase from the Seller as a private individual outside your professional, occupational or business activities.
5. Complaint handling and legal remedies
5.1 Complaint handling
Consumers may submit complaints regarding the product or the Seller’s activities using the following contact details:

In the event of a consumer complaint, the Seller shall strive to repair or replace the product within fifteen days. If the consumer disagrees with the handling of the complaint, or if investigation is not possible, the Seller will immediately record the complaint in a report and provide a copy to the consumer or send it via email.
5.2 Other legal remedies
If a consumer dispute between the Seller and the consumer cannot be resolved through negotiation, the following legal remedies are available:
Complaint to consumer protection authorities. If the consumer detects a violation, they may submit a complaint to the competent consumer protection authority.
Conciliation board. For the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes related to product quality, safety, product liability, or contract performance, consumers may initiate proceedings at the conciliation board operating beside the competent chamber according to the Seller’s registered office.
Online dispute resolution platform. The European Commission created an online platform enabling consumers to resolve disputes related to online purchases without court procedures. The platform is available here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
Court proceedings. Consumers may enforce their claims before a court in accordance with the Hungarian Civil Code and the Hungarian Code of Civil Procedure.

7. Copyright
According to Act LXXVI of 1999 on Copyright, the website qualifies as a copyrighted work and all its parts are protected by copyright. Unauthorized use of graphical and software solutions, programs, or any application modifying the website or any part of it is prohibited.
8. Other provisions
If any provision of these GTC is legally incomplete or invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid and effective. The Seller has no code of conduct under the Act on the Prohibition of Unfair Commercial Practices against Consumers.
9. Operation of digital content and technical protection measures
The servers providing the website data have an availability above 99.9% per year. Data is stored using RAID technology on multiple hard drives. Regular backups are made so that the original data can be restored in case of problems.
10. Compatibility of digital content with hardware and software
Data displayed on the website is stored in a MySQL database. Sensitive data is stored using strong encryption with hardware-assisted processor support.

11.3 Procedure in case of incorrect pricing
In case of incorrect pricing on the website (e.g. due to typographical errors) no contract is concluded at the incorrect price. The Seller will inform the Buyer about the correct price and may offer to conclude the contract at the correct price.

Registration is not required to use the website or purchase products. However, registration is recommended for easier future purchases.

Available payment methods include bank transfer in advance and cash on delivery.

Products are delivered by MPL courier service or FOXpost parcel lockers depending on the selected option.

Upon receiving the package, the Buyer must check the condition and quantity of the products and report any issues immediately.
18. Delivery deadline
The general delivery deadline is up to 10 business days from order confirmation or payment receipt.
19. Reservation of rights
The Seller reserves the right to refuse confirmed orders partially or entirely if the product is no longer available. In case of advance payment, the amount will be refunded within 14 working days.
